This pump and electric motor unit was created for one of our customers. The unit is an oxidation reactor feed pump skid. The addition of water can act as an oxidating agent with certain metals and other elements in an Oxidation Reactor. These pump skids were designed to provide 24/7 supply of oxidation feed water in an oxidizing facility.
The pumps are set to operate at only 60 percent of the designed speed to provide longevity and cooler operating characteristics. The customer also chose a pump with a corrosion resistant stainless steel manifold.
